The space

The condo has been renovated with hardwood flooring, high-end granite including a breakfast bar, 2 flat screens, Wainscoting, and more. The bathroom features a fully enclosed stand-up shower with a bench. There are smooth ceilings throughout. The balcony is furnished with 2 high-top seats and a table.

Guest access

Guests will be provided an access code to enter the condo. The building requires a key card from the hours of 9pm-7am. A card will be provided for you inside your room. Please note, we are not able to remotely open the building door for you.

Other things to note

There are less than 70 units, so for those of you that hate crowds, this is your place. The interior building is enclosed and it offers central heat and air. The condo is situated in the heart of the town and being on the 7th floor you can enjoy the best views.
